My name is Lucretia and my goal and major purpose in life is to help women overcome the hurt and destructive thinking that can come along with being in a relationship with someone involved in compulsive sexual behavior. Listen, I know how it feels to be connected to someone consumed with their sexual desires.
I’ve been in a marriage with someone who struggled with compulsive sexual behavior which resulted in a divorce. EVERY relationship I’ve had before and after either involved porn, masturbation, lies, manipulation or other forms of compulsive behavior that can ALL be destructive to a relationship. I eventually got to the point where I had enough and I know there are many women out there who feel the same way.
One thing I have learned along the way is that there is always something better around the corner. Another person’s behavior has absolutely nothing to do with who you are and how much you should be valued. Through my experiences, I have realized that healing starts with you first. I can help you get there, but you have a responsibility.
Your job: Decide whether or not you want to stay in this relationship. Trust me, I know this seems to be one of the hardest decisions you will have to make at this time. Either you decide now, or life’s events are going to decide for you later.
If you’ve already decided to leave and have begun that journey, I can help you and support you along the way. If you have decided to stay, I can help you by giving you realistic expectations as well as help support you along the journey.
Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” – Isaiah 30:21
One of Lucretia’s main goals in life is to help women overcome the hurt and destructive thinking that can coincide with being in a relationship with someone involved in sexually destructive behaviors. She is a passionate voice that speaks out about the dangers of pornography and other sexual behaviors that seek to diminish the value of love, relationships, fidelity, and marriage.
Lucretia received both a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Sexuality in order to advance her knowledge on how human sexuality affects relationships and to explore patterns that lead to addictive sexual behavior. She has extensive experience working with individuals involved in sex-related crimes as well as with individuals and families affected by harmful sexual behaviors. She is passionate about encouraging others who have found themselves in destructive sexual cycles, and strives to help women move forward and regain confidence after being betrayed by a partner’s sexual indiscretion.
